The TKB ESI Program is a high-impact, research-backed diagnostic experience that helps organizations identify and shift the environmental conditions shaping team performance. Built on 25+ years of application, the 40-item ESI Assessment measures how individuals experience 20 environmental elements — grouped as Motivators® (Energizers, Ignitors) and Demotivators® (Immobilizers, Stressors). These often-overlooked forces directly influence engagement, energy, and results.
